Role Description :
Work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Support the implementation of a Multiscale Machine-Learned Modeling Infrastructure (MuMMI) framework which employs a model to explore interactions between lipids and proteins over large length and time scales using AWS high performance computing infrastructure. Experience using cloud computing technology and computer science to study and find solutions in the area of biology. Propose and implement Client bioinformatics analysis strategies adapted to analytical needs. Work closely with the AWS HPC team members to implement the code available in GitHub (that was developed on a supercomputer) in the AWS cloud environment. PhD in microbiology, biology, health informatics or related topic area is required.
