Job Summary:
This position is responsible for quality control when receiving product and directing the product tot here proper destination. This includes but is not limited to the following duties.
Duties:
1. The proper paperwork must be prepared and forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
2. If product comes in damaged notify the Lettershop Manager or Shift Supervisor.
3. Receivers are required to maintain the equipment on an ongoing basis.
4. Receivers are to alert their Shift Supervisor whenever equipment needs repair or when any supplies are needed.
5. To be able to follow instructions and take directions from Lettershop Manager, Shift Supervisor and Lettershop Leads.
6. The ability to predict and resolve problems on their own.
7. The ability to be responsible for maintaining a courteous manner in and around other employees and customers.
8. Must follow all procedures as defined and complete in a timely manner all paperwork.
9. Must meet safety and attendance policies.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment temperature controlled with concrete floors. There is a modest amount of dust. Casual dress, but neat appearance is expected, due to relations with customers.
Abilities Required:
Operational and Mechanical aptitude.
Follow work orders, written and verbal.
Able to listen to and follow verbal instructions.
Able to work independently or as a group on both routine and complex tasks.
Communication skills, written and verbal.
The ability to diagnose and solve problems relating to the job.
Interact professionally with people of all levels.
Willingness to work with and communicate with other employees within the company.
Accept supervision willingly.
Experience operating computers, forklifts, pallet jacks and picking equipment.
Flexibility with hours, working overtime when needed, if changes within the
business is required.
Must be able to take initiative to look for work in other areas when your area is
slow. Other duties as required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity.
Normal color vision or color vision correctable to 20/20.

Being a TEAM PLAYER is essential, putting the customer first, doing a quality job. Working hard and having an overall caring attitude and a willing desire to succeed is a must.
