Electronic/Soldering Assembler

Job Description Manufacturing and production job involving finished circuit boards. Responsibilities include documentation of testing and quality checks. Candidates must possess working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001. The role requires the ability to effectively operate and interpret visual magnification devices (scope) and basic electronic and mechanical measuring devices. Candidates must work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment and foster and maintain professional relationships with staff and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer-based applications are essential. Hard Skills Manufacturing and production of finished circuit boards Documentation of testing and quality checks Working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 Operation of visual magnification devices (scope) Operation and interpretation of basic electronic measuring devices Operation and interpretation of basic mechanical measuring devices Soft Skills Self-directed working style Ability to foster professional relationships Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in computer-based applications Work Environment Dress code is casual (tennis shoes, khakis, tee shirt). 1st shift: 7:30am-3:30pm. 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm. Testing Dept hours: 8:30am-5:00pm. This role is strictly 40 hours per week. Small manufacturing environment with a cleanroom for assemblies and soldering.
