We are looking for a Director of Inside Sales to lead the team internally.

Primary Responsibilities - Sales & Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet and/or exceed the Company's annual sales and profit objectives.
  • Manage and develop the inside Sales Team. Train staff to upsell and to nurture
  • customers for life.
  • Oversee and assist with structuring the Company's sales force
  • analyzing the organizational chart/culture
  • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for the sales organization.
  • Utilize Sales Reporting Dashboards in Salesforce
  • Report on KPIs and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
