The Rebar Fabrication Shift Leads responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading unmatched excellence in safety. Relentlessly ensure Safety is our #1 value Developing a World-Class Production Department by creating positive results in Safety, Profitability, and Development of Future Talent Investing in self-development to better serve the team Aiding the Production Supervisor in meeting all NRF Milton goals as well as: Cultivating Nucor Culture by clearly communicating expectations, coaching, developing, and training Teammates Using integrity and courage to hold the team accountability to meeting expectations Working collaboratively with other departments for positive results in safety, quality, cost, and productivity Recognizing opportunities to maximize profitability Building trust and teamwork by motivating, inspiring, empowering, and supporting Lead with gratitude

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to safety, and the ability to create and maintain a strong safety culture In good standing status and recommendation from supervisor and/or manager Willingness to work unplanned, unscheduled overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotating shift Willingness to work in extreme situations including: hot, cold, and rainy weather; dusty conditions; and a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
