Training Supervisor

As a Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in equipping employees with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. This position involves conducting training needs analyses, designing effective training programs, and ensuring their successful delivery and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and determine the training programs needed to address those gaps across the organization.
  • Program Design & Development: Create and design training materials, courses, and programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of employees and organizational objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, online courses, or other instructional methods.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs using pre- and post-training assessments, feedback forms, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance training programs based on employee feedback, evolving business needs, and industry advancements.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Implement and manage LMS platforms to organize, track, and deliver training content efficiently.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage training budgets, including expenses related to materials, instructors, and technology, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with department heads, managers, and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals and support strategic growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in compliance-focused industries.
  • Employee Development: Support individual development plans and career progression through tailored training and skill-building opportunities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of two years of experience leading direct reports.
  • Six or more years of experience in training needs assessment, developing instructional materials, and coordinating training programs.
  • At least four years of experience in Instructional Design and/or e-Learning Development.
