Here's what you'd do: * The assembler has the primary responsibility to assemble products per work instructions. * This is an entry-level position with training and support provided to ensure the successful assembly of the product. * Read work instructions and verify work instructions match the assignment. * Learn new work instructions as needed. * Collect required materials from bins. * Set up workstations per work instructions. * Assemble parts and inspect your own work as instructed. * Complete necessary training in a timely manner. * Assist other manufacturing staff with their duties as requested. * Assist with other projects as requested by a member of management. * Perform equipment maintenance and calibration as required in work instructions. * Verify work instructions match the assignment. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 3 Months of experience in Soldering * Minimum 3 Months of experience in Operating Computers * Minimum 3 Months of experience in Manufacturing Preferred Skills / Qualifications: * IPC soldering certification * Ability to read and understand Device/Work instructions. * Ability to understand verbal work instructions. * Able to succeed in a highly regulated compliance-oriented environment while still providing service excellence. * Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's * Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance * Ability to read/write/communicate in English language * Ability to carry out tasks through detailed written or oral instructions.
