Job Description :

Client currently seeking a Web Technologies Tools Administrator who will coordinate delivery of enterprise web technology tools for the Commonwealth of Virginia web ecosystem. The position is within the Enterprise Solutions Directorate and requires a web technologist background with experience in administering enterprise tools. Along with the technology skills, the position will work closely with customers to ensure tools are utilized effectively. The position will interface with web technologists, content creators and other web related roles. The web tools administrator is responsible for delivering the tools and ensuring software currency in the installed base. The position must develop and implement processes to track customers, tool usage and metrics reporting. This position is responsible for security compliance of the enterprise tools. The position will develop reports and presentations to validate delivery, usage and compliance.

Required Skills:

• Familiar with enterprise application installation and system administration
• Previous experience in a web technologist role
• Knowledge and experience with website accessibility.
• Experience with end-user software installation and troubleshooting.
• Aptitude to learn and administer unfamiliar software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reports and metrics.
• Experience in maintaining compliance per security and audit requirements
• Verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with varying skill levels.
• Customer service skills with experience assisting users.
• Project management skills with experience in enterprise level project implementations.
• Proven ability to establish and meet deadlines.
• Experience with software deployment and usage at an enterprise level.
• Experience with Siteimprove, JAWS, Adobe Creative Suite or similar products
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with tools to protect websites from spam and abuse.
• Knowledge of website translation capabilities.
• Knowledge of Information Technology security standards
• Experience in the State and Local government websites..
