Rental Technician assists the guests with their boots, skis, snowboards, and snowshoes, guiding them through the process, ensuring they are set for an enriching winter recreational experience.

Full-time/Part-time, seasonal position

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Certified or possess the ability to be certified as a ski binding technician
  • Must be able to complete Tech I within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
  • Ability to stand and perform work moving and carrying objects weighing up to 30lbs for extended periods of time
  • Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred:
  • Previous Rental Tech experience
  • Familiarity and experience working with hand tools
  • Tech certifications from major binding manufacturers
Compensation:
  • Starting Wage: $18.73 Hourly
