Job Description: The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing creative design solutions for marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on strategic concept development for graphic design projects across internal and external communications. Create accurate and comprehensive electronic files for corporate marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, displays, interactive presentations, and ad hoc requests. Ensure design concepts are cohesive, targeted, and reflect brand identity effectively. Maintain project tracking for reporting and forecasting, organizing electronic files systematically for consistency and accessibility. Manage workload efficiently, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects concurrently. Foster client satisfaction by managing expectations, delivering high-quality work promptly, and providing cost-effective solutions and alternatives. Educate colleagues on efficient processes and anticipate client feedback with reasoned responses and alternative approaches. Required Basic Qualifications: 2 years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong design and illustration skills with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, balance, and layout techniques. Knowledge of pre-press and printing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in in-house creative teams or agency environments. Reporting Structure: Reports to Principal or Manager within the Creative department. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $40.00-$43.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
