24 Hour Flood Pros is a nationwide water, fire, and mold damage restoration company. We are in search of a lead demolition technician to join our growing team. In this position, you will be tasked with leading the demolition process after homes or businesses are impacted by water, fire, or mold damages.

Duties:

Work closely with Project Managers on multiple jobs/losses that include water, mold, sewage and fire demolitions.

Perform on-site production services: including, but not limited to, water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, smoke and fire cleaning and sewage removal and treatment.

Remove affected building materials when deemed non-salvageable.

Move equipment, haul trash, and deal with hazardous chemicals and sewage.

Will be required to work on call shifts and overtime

Qualifications:

Must maintain a positive attitude

Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely

Must be able to receive and execute directions in a timely manner

Must be able to perform overhead tasks, as well as tasks that include frequent bending and stooping

Must have a clean driving record in order to operate company vehicles.

Must pass pre-employment and annual background check, physical test, and drug test.

Ability to work long hours (nights and weekends).

Must be able to work in crawlspace for multiple hours at a time.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with other team members and understanding project requirements.
