Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide home health services

As an Occupational Therapist for Home Health, you will:

  • Assess and develop therapeutic retraining programs for patients' daily living/work-related skills
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to contribute to the Plan of Care Treatment
  • Administer therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve strength, coordination, and function or teach compensation measures
  • Consult with vocational team members to develop vocationally oriented plans
  • Report patient status and progress, participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities
  • Design community reintegration activities and recommend special adaptive equipment for clients
  • Supervise and evaluate Occupational Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide performance
  • Document patients' care observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately

Experience/Skills required:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • A minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted OT licensure
  • Current CPR certification
