Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 am - 5:30 pm (working a 2-2-3 rotating schedule) Pay: $18/hr Job Responsibilities: Prepare and inspect intermediate and finished product blends, including additives, resin, rubber, and finished products. Ensure accuracy of measurements and use of raw material lot numbers. Conduct pre- and post-blending activities, and dry and stage OSM materials for movement between locations. Maintain communication with other departments and management to address issues promptly. Track inventory movements using scanning systems and maintain traceability through control forms. Verify cleanliness of equipment and prevent contamination of materials. Load and unload trailers to maintain organized material flow. Organize and stage OSM materials for production processes. Uphold cleanliness and orderliness in the work area for a safe environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Ability to work with computers and operate a forklift as needed. Strong record-keeping skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
