We are seeking an outstanding Physical Therapist Assistant for a position in Alturas, California, working the Monday Through Friday 8-5 shift. The ideal candidate will hold a current California license/certification. This role is within the Outpatient specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Outpatient are required.

- Current Resume
- Current California license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current Clinical References

- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella or vaccination records
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
