Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about creating an exceptional digital web experience for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in front and middle-tier development and excels in utilizing tools and frameworks to develop stable, robust, and resilient applications. This role involves collaboration within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment to enhance digital solutions for Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement responsive web applications.

• Collaborate closely with architecture, security, and UX teams to ensure compliance with application design guidelines.

• Build RESTful APIs in Spring Boot and integrate front-end components using frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or Node.js.

• Use DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git/GitHub) to support CI/CD practices and improve code quality.

• Develop containerized applications leveraging Docker and Kubernetes and deploy them on AWS.

• Stay current on emerging web application technologies, trends, and best practices.

• Employ TDD (Test-Driven Development) to ensure high code quality, stability, and resilience.

• Maintain secure coding standards to ensure application security.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in web application development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks and web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, Vue.js, or Angular).

• Solid understanding of Java or other Open-Source stack technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and experience in DevOps tools, particularly Jenkins and Git/GitHub.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), serverless architecture, and containerization strategies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in TDD, secure coding standards, and MVC design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building digital RESTful APIs in Spring Boot.

• Knowledge of microservice architectures and micro front-end strategies.
