Director Physician Practice Operations - Oncology, Vestal 3.0 United Health Services is seeking a Director Physician Practice Operations - Oncology to join our Executive Physician Practice Management department at Vestal 3.0 in Vestal, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $43.34 - $65.34 per hour, depending on experience. Overview The Director of Physician Practice Operations, is responsible for the workflow and performance of the Oncology Division to achieve expert care, excellent customer service and maximal physician/staff productivity. This individual works closely with the Senior Vice President of Physician Practices regarding strategic planning, development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent Five (5) years of experience in a health care setting including involvement with physicians, community, program planning and implementation, and operations Management level experience in a clinical or hospital setting Preferred: Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent License/Certification Minimum Required: Not Applicable Preferred: Not Applicable About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier region.
