  • Therapy Professional Certification Program offering up to $600 per year for full-time therapists
  • Monthly paid Consultation Groups led by experienced clinicians, offering the opportunity to connect, share, and evolve your skills.
As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:
  • Deliver therapy, manage your schedule, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).
  • Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-person (at select locations).
  • Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.
What Foresight Offers:
  • A SIGN-ON BONUS/Pay Advance of $3,500 total for full-time therapy roles
    • *Payment of $2,000 after completing 90 days of employment
    • Payment of $1,500 after completing 9 months of employment
  • Competitive Compensation Packages:
    • Full-time licensed therapists can earn a salary of $70,000 to $110,000 per year. This includes a base salary of $70,000/year (minimum of 25 clients per week) with the potential to earn up to $110,000/year based on desired caseload.
    • Part-time clinicians see between 7 and 24 clients per week (minimum 10 clinical hours per week required) at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: We offer our full-time therapists medical, dental, and vision coverages; HSA and FSA; company-paid basic life insurance; generous and flexible PTO of 4 weeks/year; paid company holidays, a 401K plan with a company match; and more.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking therapists who are truly passionate about delivering individual, family, and couples therapy, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.

The right candidate must:
  • Be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Hold permanent residence within a state Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid settings)
  • Not have opted out from Medicare
  • Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus
