• Experience with Agile software development, project management and testing practices (1+ year);
• Experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting and unified modeling (3+ years);

• Experience with formal software testing (3+ years);
• Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting (3+ years).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop user requirement documents, design documents and screen presentations based on user requirements, user input and feedback;
• Meet with the program offices to collect user requirements and facilitate the development of requirements documentation for defects, and enhancements to the HMS system;
• Develop test cases and scripts to test the application and provide support, software testing, and quality assurance to ensure that the application meets requirements, per the user requirements;
• Document and follow Office of IT processes and ensure compliance with standards;
• Complete job required training.
