Regional Van Truckload Driver

Average Pay: $1,020-$1,250 weekly

Home Time: Every other week

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview:

  • Enjoy predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
  • Benefit from consistent freight that maximizes drive time and minimizes downtime.
  • Receive advance dispatch for better planning and efficiency.
  • Experience 95% no-touch freight, primarily through drop-and-hook.
  • Drive across the eastern 37 states.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

  • Earn mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Receive weekly performance pay to reward your hard work.
  • Get a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in 12 monthly installments for experienced drivers.
  • Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly installments for inexperienced drivers.
  • Participate in paid orientation to help you get started.
  • Enjoy paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay each year.
  • Earn an annual bonus of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
  • HazMat endorsement is preferred.
  • Possession of a passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
