This is a periondontist practice where a majority of procedures for Hygienists are scaling, root planning, and perio maintenance.

Full Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) Schedule

Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 5:00, Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Screening patients during check-ups
  • Reviewing patient's history
  • Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
  • Documents area of existing restorations
  • Use of X-ray
  • Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
  • Conduct screenings
  • Assist patients with oral hygiene
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Hygienist license
  • Current BLS/CPR certifications
  • Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
  • Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
