Position Summary

Ogletree has an opportunity for an experienced Labor Attorney with labor law knowledge and 2+ years of employment/labor law experience including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience, to join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of their residence. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must have completed formal studies of labor law and possess 2+ years of labor law/employment experience.
  • We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred. Completion of labor law studies preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
