Key Responsibilities of Staff Development Coordinator - RN:
  • Develop and implement staff development programs for licensed and unlicensed employees that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain essential employee records in compliance with DHEC.
  • Coordinate activities and training as per the requirements of PCSC.
  • Provide BLS, CPR, and First Aid Education.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and visual aids.
  • Conduct and manage TB screening program.
  • Assure availability of the mandatory education for infection control for all employees.
  • Monitor and investigate work-related injuries and or exposures for all the employees.
Position Requirements:
  • Registered nursing license in the state of South Carolina.
  • Two years of clinical long-term care experience or staff development experience
