Your purpose

Join our team as a Maintenance Specialist and help us keep our facility clean and welcoming. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, we'd love to have you on board

Compensation

At YouFit, we believe in rewarding our team members for their dedication and hard work. Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and incentivize performance while providing stability and growth opportunities within our organization. YouFit offers compensation packages that are competitive in the industry. These packages typically include base pay, along with opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses. This is a part-time hourly position.

Core Job Duties
  • Floor Detailing: Mop and use a backpack vacuum to thoroughly clean all floors.
  • Locker Room Maintenance: Fully detail locker rooms, including showers, restrooms, saunas, and locker areas.
  • Gym Equipment Cleaning: Clean all gym equipment, which may involve tilting machines with a partner.
  • Facility Upkeep: Clean high walls, air vents, empty trash, and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Club Cleanliness: Collaborate with the supervising manager to ensure overall club cleanliness.
  • Inspection Adherence: Follow and adhere to club inspection sheets.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Physical Demands
  • The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a team member to perform the essential functions of this role successfully. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping required.
