The Position:As the Recruiting Admin, your will be an important piece of the everyday workflow for the Recruiting team. The RA is the "hub": the center of our recruiting network. The RA keeps consistent and efficient communication flowing between branch locations and the recruiting team. Individuals with experience in an office setting, health-care profession, or recruiting field are preferred. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Understands and adheres to established Angels of Care policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the inflow of candidates through our hiring process by managing our applicant tracking system and job boards available online, as well as actively headhunting nurses through various methods including social media.
- Schedules interviews/orientations for prospective employees for new and current clients.
- Preforms data entry in required systems/programs.
- Performs general office duties including, but not limited to, word processing, provides reception and telephone services.
- Follows the full cycle of the hiring process to ensure nurse is working.
