Nutritionist

Healthy Living Primary Care is looking for a Nutrition Consultant to provide patients with meal planning and nutrition education, both in person and/or over video visits. This position requires meeting with patients weekly, biweekly or monthly to follow up on their meal plans, their progress and their health-related questions. The candidate will also be responsible for meeting with patients who are looking to improve their health, aside from weight loss. The candidate’s overall role would be to help guide patients to follow the best nutritional path for their health goals while also giving them the tools to continue to grow on their own. This position also requires the candidate to review the patient's medical chart and to monitor a patient's progress with their treatment plans (may or may not be related to nutrition). They should also be up to date with our clinic's preventative care protocol. The successful candidate is passionate about nutrition, passionate about educating the patient on nutrition's vital role in their health, and passionate/creative in influencing the patient to make small and big changes in their lifestyle. Position is FULL-TIME, IN OFFICE. Will work from both of our locations in Folsom and Fair Oaks on a weekly basis.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
