SPECIAL NOTES This role is for a proven, experienced healthcare recruiter who can hit-the-ground running. A recruiter with recent experience supporting Nursing and/or Radiology (tech) roles will be critical. This person also needs to be fluent with Taleo and Phenom (ATS and CRM). This is a great team that is the foundation for our culture: providing the patient-facing clinical staff that our patients and their families depend on. JOB SUMMARY The Recruiter 2 is accountable for delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within a specific business line. This position develops and maintain a pipeline of top talent, and works closely with business partners to create and drive an integrated recruitment strategy that will encompass all channels of talent. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Drives specialized recruitment activities to address unique needs of searches and candidates experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting with a focus on sourcing, recruiting and pipeline development. Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and talent research. Builds talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram). Researches and evaluates new sourcing tactics and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies. Develops caring relationships with the client groups to ensure that recruitment is integrated into the business unit. Drives operational excellence and compliance and sets high recruitment standards including sense of urgency and reactiveness to hiring managers and candidates. Proposes diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the organization. Serves as a mentor to Recruiters and Coordinators, providing training and coaching in both formal and informal settings. Provides exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting. Partners with the hiring manager to know about staffing needs and develop effective, on-going sourcing strategies. Sources, screens, and recommends applicants based on Hiring Manager’s target profile. Influences hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process. Calculates and negotiates offer in consultation with the hiring manager and HR partners; compares internal reward programs to external programs to craft the most attractive offer. As a professional in their specialized space, the Recruiter 2 will consult on the attractive landscape for talent. KEY SUCCESS FACTOR Excellent written and oral communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent social skills required to interact with candidates and hiring managers. Give experience in researching, examining and disseminating information, and managing time sensitive projects to meet deadlines. Excellent ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Excellent decision-making skills using data such as competitor insights, labor market data and recruitment data Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.). Excellent computer skills and experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS). Proficient knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies. Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving. The pay range for this position is $28.52/hr (entry-level qualification) - $42.79/hr (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
