This role involves conducting precise CT imaging procedures to support accurate diagnoses and provide exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities for a CT Technician:
  • Perform CT imaging procedures with precision and care, ensuring high-quality images.
  • Position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, including regular calibrations and quality control checks.
  • Review and evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
Qualifications for a CT Technician:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current ARRT certification in CT (Computed Tomography).
  • Valid Connecticut state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CT imaging preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
