Dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN / LVN) are invited to join Actriv Healthcare to work in the Dupont, Washington area.

Job Summary
  • Employment Type: Per Diem, Travel Or Contract
  • Profession: Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN / LVN)
  • Shifts: Day Shift, Evening, NOC (Nights), Weekends (10hrs x 4 days; 8hrs x 5 days; 12hrs x 3 days)
  • Client settings: Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Hospice Clinics, Hospitals, Correctional Facilities, Schools, and Urgent Care
  • Pay: DOE
  • Paid Overtime: Yes

Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year experience as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN / LVN) Active and unencumbered Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN / LVN) License Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination CPR/BLS/First Aid Certification Proof of Negative TB Test (PPD Test, Q-Gold, T-spot or Chest X-ray) Food Handlers Card Proof of continuing education Reliable transportation Clear criminal background check and drug screening Whatever-it-takes attitude
