$5,000 Sign on Bonus for new hire
At least 75% spine caseload for someone who was looking to expand into that area, but maybe did not have the prior experience. Outpatient-at least two nights treating until 6:00/6:15pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Licensure: Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 6 months of hire, unless exempted by department leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Experience: No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g., DNV, CARF, or others).
