Airswift is a skilled Logistics Coordinator to work with a major client in Midland, TX.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled WellView Trainer with expertise in the WellView application and a solid background in drilling and completions (D&C) operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our teams are proficient in WellView's functionality, data standards, and reporting capabilities. As a WellView Trainer, you will deliver hands-on field and office training, provide 24/7 support, and work closely with both operational and IT teams to maintain high data quality and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
    • Conduct in-depth training sessions on WellView for both field and office personnel, covering all aspects of functionality and data standards.
    • Provide continuous support and daily training for operational technicians and new hires within assigned regions.
    • Travel to support field teams and office locations, facilitating training needs across drilling and completions (D&C) office operations.
  • Data Quality & Well Lifecycle Management:
    • Assist with quality control (QC) for well data, including cost, phases, and schematics, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Support the development and implementation of standardized data libraries, recurring cost initiatives, and quick reference guides within WellView.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain training documents, using department templates, to standardize WellView knowledge across the team.
    • Execute ad-hoc data pulls and generate custom reports as needed to meet operational data requirements.
    • Modify reports and training documents to reflect updates in user-defined libraries (UDL) and other WellView functionality.
  • Audit & Compliance:
    • Oversee the WellView Lifecycle Reports (WLR) audits, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
    • Contribute to the development, implementation, and updates of D&C manuals, including modules on construction, spudder, drilling, pre- and post-stimulation phases, and more.
  • IT Liaison & Support:
    • Serve as a primary liaison between field teams and IT, providing troubleshooting and technical support for WellView issues.
    • Ensure 24/7 support for WellView, including batch reports, inventory transfers, and other add-in applications within the software.
  • Performance Monitoring & Trend Analysis:
    • Track and report on performance metrics, including D&C scorecards and training matrix records.
    • Highlight operational trends, and identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous development.
