Membership Rep - Beaumont, TX

Part-time, 4-12 hours/week

HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team at our Christus HWC client site in Beaumont, Texas. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Making membership calls to potential members and non-attending members

• Providing members with information about upcoming programs, classes, training sessions, etc. on an as needed basis.

• Assisting front desk staff on an as needed basis.

• Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you'll need to have

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives.

• Ability to be a team player and work well with others.

• Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
