The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brand program for the organization and serve as the creative lead for marketing collateral and digital/print media that supports the organization’s brand and vision.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop a comprehensive brand program for the organization.

Design and document the organization’s brand strategy to include a framework that aligns with the company’s business objectives.

Create a timeline and schedule for brand program objectives and milestones to ensure organization-wide implementation and recognition of the brand.

Complete tasks and required follow-up to ensure on-time delivery of objectives within the established timeline.

Understand the brand and creative direction of the organization and establish guidelines in accordance with goals and objectives.

Ensure the brand is consistent throughout all communications, materials, and media.

Manage and maintain digital and print media and corporate image library.

Enforce and follow established style guidelines and brand standards.

Create and maintain standard templates consistent with brand strategy in commonly used applications that can be used universally on all operating systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Serve as the creative lead for the development of marketing collateral/initiatives.

Report to and provide creative input/updates for marketing projects.

Work closely with the marketing team to obtain project scope and requirements for marketing collateral and initiatives.

Understand requirements for marketing initiatives/collateral and translate them into a graphic/visual product consistent with brand strategy to ensure a positive customer experience and company image.

Implement feedback to create a final product, building upon the team’s message, objectives and/or ideas.

Assist with internal and external communication by designing announcements and messaging consistent with the organization's brand.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail while maintaining high standards at all times.

Understand the functionality of social media platforms. Monitor and update the organization’s website and social media platforms to create visual content consistent with our brand strategy.

Ensure the creative components of marketing projects and initiatives are completed and delivered on time and within established deadlines.

Build and maintain working relationships at all levels.

Stay abreast of current creative trends in social media and web design.

Maintain confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3-5 years related experience.

Strong creative skills.

Ability to bring elements together, like color, imagery, and text to convey a message.

Develop new ideas that align with the organization’s needs.

Ability to understand key components that make a brand and how they work together to communicate with an intended audience.

Must be proficient in graphic design software (this is a hands-on leadership design role)

Must be proficient in Microsoft office

Photography/video and retouching skills are highly desirable but not required

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills

Detail-oriented, highly-organized, with excellent time management skills

Highly-engaged, with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to complete and report updates on several projects

Excellent social media and digital marketing skills
