The Governance Solutions Architect will work closely with the Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure that individual program and product strategies align with business and technical objectives. The Governance Solutions Architect will have experience managing consent across various states and has lead consent management projects in the past. This is someone who enjoys researching and staying up to date with the latest governance laws.

Governance Solutions Architect is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing a consent sustainment program for the Chief Data Office. The program goals are 1) to simplify and support implementation of consent and other data rights controls into CDO operations and 2) to continuously monitor, test, and continuously improve consent operations.

What You Will Need:

  • 4 year degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • CISA, CIA, or CIPT certifications (Preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in leading consent governance
  • An understanding how consent plays into today's data governance operations
  • General knowledge of key privacy laws, such as CCPA and GDPR
  • An understanding of how control frameworks are used to achieve and measure compliance.
  • Experience with consent management platforms and tools.
  • An understanding of a broad spectrum of consent types (Do-Not-Sell, CPNI, and opt-out/opt-in consent)
  • The ability to work across multiple business units and application to achieve goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Generate and implement a plan to implement a consent assurance program
  • Lead initial testing rounds to troubleshoot and improve the program through its initial phases
  • Develop a metrics and reporting process that integrates into existing dashboards and processes
  • Build durable relationships with the business units and application leads
