As the nurse case manager, you will:

  • supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
  • coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence
  • review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs

  • evaluate employee duties and needs

  • on-call rotation every three weeks

Required Qualifications:

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
