Job Title: Renovation Tech Job Description Work in teams of two to renovate vacant apartments. Tasks include basic plumbing such as changing faucets and shower heads, basic electrical work like installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry including installing baseboards and door casings, and basic drywall patching and sometimes changing out sections of drywall.
