Description
The Staffing Recruiter will research and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for 5B's. A creative mindset, positive attitude and experience in this field is a must.

Recruiter hours are 8am-5pm M-F.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Screen applications, schedule and perform initial interviews.

• Assists with job postings and advertising process.

• Collaborate with HR team during the offer process, start dates and other pertinent details.

• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of 5B's.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

• Convey a positive and professional image to candidates and current employees.

• Generate and propose new recruitment ideas.

• Assist with social media ads.

• Be consistent and timely with candidate follow up and communication.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

• Proactive with the ability to take initiative.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite software experience.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting or similar role.

• Verifiable and stable work history

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
