Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of school-based clinicians in Colorado. Speech is our niche and we are committed to providing CF-SLPs with the necessary support and resources to be successful in the beginning years of their career. We are currently interviewing new grads who are interested in joining our team and working in one of our partner schools in Highlands Ranch or nearby. Our Process: We invite you to apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with. If you're relocating to Colorado, AnthroMed offers our SLPs relocation assistance What does AnthroMed support look like: CF Supervision is provided with additional mentorship from the AnthroMed team Bi-weekly team meetings to network and brainstorm with other SLPs Dedicated SLP Clinical support including 1:1 caseload guidance, speech therapy materials database, along with a materials stipend Most importantly, we are dedicated to your success, and you will find that we are always responsive, engaged, and always available to connect. Check out our website: www.AnthroMed.education Responsibilities: Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to prepare and conduct treatment plans Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions Create a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials) Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting preferred Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students Ability to obtain Special Services license through Colorado Dept of Ed AnthroMed Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer AnthroMed LLC will not discriminate against any person based on race, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity and expression, height, weight, color, religion, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability, veteran, or military status.
