Mediacom Communications is seeking a Network Operations Center Specialist to monitor and react to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures. In this role, you will troubleshoot and monitor activity throughout the network, isolate and diagnose faults, interact with departments to address issues, and adhere to company and department policies.

Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Networking or IT preferred
- Minimum of 6 months within Mediacom Tier 2 or BTSC, or equivalent Cable TV/Broadband/Telecommunications experience required
- Working knowledge of Cisco Technologies, DWDM, and SONET
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
