Overview

Automotive Dealership seeks a friendly telephone appointment coordinator (BDC) for our service department.

Are you interested in making $42,120.00 to $51,000.00 per year answering phones and setting service appointments? Responsibilities will include:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound telephone calls
  • Dialing outbound telephone calls to notify of parts arrival and recall campaigns etc.
  • Updating the correct guest contact information on each call
  • Using simple online calendar to schedule service visit
BENEFITS:
  • Full time $15 per hour plus $1.30 per appointment bonus. This averages $42,120.00 to $51,000.00 per year.
