Job Details

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Speech Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Waycross, GA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.This will be for a 13 week assignment contract, working a Monday-Friday schedule.

Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled Experience: 1 year Licenses: SLP-GA References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

Proper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience) Rehab Optima (Net Health) COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
