Job Summary:
Join our team in Mattawan We are urgently hiring compassionate caregivers who are ready to start immediately and make a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy and appealing meals based on individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Emotional Support: Foster positive relationships with clients through companionship and support.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Mobility Assistance: Support clients in safely moving around their homes and during outings.
- Light Housekeeping Duties: Ensure that the client's living space is clean, organized, and safe.
- Documentation of Care: Keep detailed records of care provided and any observations or changes in the client's condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is desirable.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
