Location: Hampton, VA.

As an ITM Trainer, you will be an integral part of our mission to offer the highest level of care through our comprehensive training programs. Traveling across the country about 36 weeks a year, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our clients interact with our innovative products and services. You won't just train; you will guide, mentor, and inspire our clients, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate our systems into their operations.

Whether it's in a classroom setting or through one-on-one interactions, your role will be pivotal in the successful adoption and utilization of DSS Inc.'s solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel nationwide to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
  • Create and implement comprehensive training plans and materials that resonate with diverse learning styles.
  • Provide exceptional on-site support during critical GoLive events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with EMR/EHR implementation and hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Exceptional client-focused skills with a keen ability to consult on workflow processes and provide thoughtful resolutions.
  • Expertise in organizing time effectively, overcoming barriers, and setting clear priorities, coupled with strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and an aptitude for quickly learning new software and technical processes.
  • Experience with e-learning development and familiarity with authoring tools like Camtasia, Articulate, or Captivate is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally complemented by formal training in a medical discipline.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in software implementation, with experience in VA or commercial environments being advantageous.
  • Pursuit of training-focused certifications and a deep understanding of technical terminology pertinent to the product specialty.
