Influencer Marketing Specialist

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns. They work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager(s) and Senior Manager to understand campaign plans and then develop and deliver the tactical details. They are a key collaborator and liaison to internal business partners and external agencies. The Influencer Marketing Specialist must be excellent at project and task management, have strong attention to detail and organization, and be a clear and consistent communicator.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What youll do
  • Support all aspects of influencer campaigns, including campaign briefings, vetting influencers and approving content.
  • Work closely with our partners to effectively leverage influencer assets across paid media, organic social channels, and other owned placements.
  • Lead data collection and reporting, using our influencer campaign dashboard to track performance and provide actional insights.
  • Assist the Manager(s) and Senior Manager with various aspects of campaign execution, contributing to overall campaign success.
Basic qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working in marketing, strategy, advertising or communications
  • Project coordination skills including rigorous attention to detail and organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Marketing or campaign management experience in marketing agency or corporate marketing setting
  • Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and influencer marketing software tools
  • Experience with tracking, collecting, analyzing data
  • Comfortable in fast-paced industry, with ability to make real-time adjustments as needed. Approaches challenges with solution-orientated mindset
