Job Summary:
  • Craft and optimize SQL queries to support our Epicor ERP platform, ensuring data integrity and lightning-fast performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug with precision, using your deep understanding of SQL, other programming languages and tools.
  • Customize and enhance our Epicor environment with BAQs, BPMs, and integrations using C#, making our system as unique as our company.
  • Configure and personalize the Kinetic ERP system using the innovative Application Studio tool.
  • Empower users by enabling them to tailor their user experience without relying on extensive development work.
  • Enhance adaptability by customizing applications and workflows to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
Schedule:

This position can be performed remotely if preferred, though occasional on-site attendance may be required for various needs.

Responsibilities:
  • A passion for problem-solving and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience with SQL Server and Epicor ERP customizations.
  • A collaborative spirit to work with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement database solutions that align with business goals.
  • Eagerness to stay ahead of the curve with the latest in database technologies and programming practices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic and its suite of customization tools, including Application Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to innovation, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and user experiences.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with specific SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • U.S. person status required.
