Come join our team at Staffmark in Decatur, AR, where we are currently seeking a Bilingual Quality Assurance Assistant.

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 5:30 am - 2:30 pm

As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Assistant, you'll ensure the quality and compliance of egg production by conducting inspections and quality tests from grading to packaging. You'll maintain detailed records and prepare reports to uphold USDA regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. You'll also drive process improvements, train staff on quality control procedures, and address quality issues with proactive corrective actions. Additionally, you may assist in conducting safety orientations for new hires to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of QA experience preferred.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds as required.
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish.
