Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Software Engineer IV to join their team. As a Cybersecurity Software Engineer, you will be part of the cybersecurity department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cybersecurity Software Engineer

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid - 2-3 days On site)

Pay Range: $70-73/hour

Duration: 6 month contract?

What's the Job?

  • Conduct cybersecurity testing to identify vulnerabilities.

  • Perform threat model analysis to assess potential risks.

  • Execute security risk assessments to ensure compliance.

  • Gather design inputs and requirements through contextual inquiry.

  • Plan, write, execute, and report on security risk analysis.

What's Needed?

  • 9 - 13 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 - 11 years with a Master's degree, or 4 - 8 years with a PhD.

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity testing and threat modeling.

  • Strong understanding of security risk assessment methodologies.

  • Ability to gather and analyze design inputs effectively.

  • Commitment to maintaining quality standards in software products.
