Full Time Physical Therapist in a Home Care Setting

We are looking for a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a high-paying position in a homecare setting. This job is one-on-one care assisting geriatric patients with long-term chronic illnesses, not patients recently returning from the hospital. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges, helping them build skills for everyday living. The Private Duty PT will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical impairments, disabilities, and conditions. The Physical Therapist will develop personalized care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and work closely with patients and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes. Both experienced Physical Therapists and new grad Physical Therapists are welcome. This Physical Therapist position is with a home care company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. Requirements of the Home Care Physical Therapist position: All Physical therapists must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and a license to practice PT in the state. All Physical Therapists must also either be a US Citizen or have your green card NO EXCEPTIONS Experience is not necessary and new grads welcome We will accept Physical Therapists with experience (even if clinical/intern experience) in any of the following settings: Homecare, Home Care, Home Healthcare, Home Therapist, Home Visits,Visiting Nurse Association, Visiting Nurse Services, VNS, VNA, Home Health, SNF, Skilled Nursing Facility, inpatient rehab, health and rehab center, rehab center, healthcare center, rehabilitation center, out patient / outpatient, inpatient, assisted living facility, ALF, adult daycare center, hospital, medical center.
