Role Overview: As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care by managing health issues and coordinating healthcare services. You will work collaboratively with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
  • Diagnose health problems and develop personalized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to promote patient well-being.
  • Adhere to State and Federal regulations, maintaining compliance with care standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in Gastroenterology or Primary Care is preferred.
  • Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure in New York in good standing.
  • Possess a valid DEA certificate and CDS.
