This is a truly cross-functional role, with personalized mentorship. You will be trained in front line patient interactions, assisting physicians in the back office, and even some of the business side of private practice medicine.

Through the high-caliber mentorship, training, and generous support offered by our physicians, many of our staff have entered and graduated from MD, DO, PA, ARNP, and DPT programs. We are a tight-knit team of smart, compassionate people who care about making a difference.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the clinic with patient inquiries, outside clinics, providers, and businesses
  • Greet patients in a warm and friendly way
  • Cross-train with medical assisting duties
  • Check-in and Check-out patients
  • Schedule new patient encounters and returning patient appointments
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Practice excellent organizational and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated/Self-starter
  • Ability to complete projects and tasks independently, and with minimal supervision
  • Open to be cross-training into medical assisting role
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some medical terminology

Applicants must be available to work variable hours:

  • Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00/hour to start
