Job Title: Material Handler Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Material Handler to manage the shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments. You will process shipments and material transactions in our ERP system, organize and maintain inventory along with partially finished materials, and communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery and perform any other necessary Material Handler duties to support and maintain customer orders. Responsibilities Manage shipping and receiving for domestic and international shipments. Process shipments and material transactions in the ERP system. Organize and maintain inventory along with partially finished materials. Communicate with Sales and Customer Service to confirm and manage customer orders. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure and improve customer delivery. Perform additional Material Handler duties needed to support and maintain customer orders. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a regulated industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written). Experience with ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel). Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a medical device warehouse as the most recent job. Experience receiving international and domestic shipments is preferred. Why Work Here?
